Return Policy
Right of Return (Standard Stock Products)
In accordance with GEO 34/2014, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the package to return non-personalized products, without providing a reason. The product must be unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all protective foils intact.
Legal Exception – Personalized / Custom-Assembled Products
In accordance with Art. 16 letter c of GEO 34/2014, the 14-day right of return does NOT apply to products manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized. Watches configured to order (unique combinations of case, dial, hands, or engravings) cannot be returned for reasons of voluntary withdrawal after delivery.
Return and Refund Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@alexiecollection.com mentioning your order number.
The shipping cost for voluntary returns is borne by the customer. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt and verification of the product, using the same payment method.
2-Year Warranty
All Alexie Collection watches benefit from a 2-year warranty for assembly defects and mechanism malfunctions. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical shocks, improper use, or unauthorized interventions.
If the product arrives damaged during transport, please notify us within 48 hours at alexiecollection@gmail.com for a free replacement.
